To sensitize and mould our children towards the ethos of a healthier fitness regime, a Yoga session was conducted to celebrate the INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA in an online mode for Classes Nur to VIII. The yoga session aimed to incorporate fitness skills in students' everyday lives as well as promote good health and healthy habits for their overall well- being. The students participated with enthusiasm. This event showcased Surya Namaskar, different yoga poses, various Pranayama and Meditation skills. These sessions provided an encouraging platform for the students, helping them to develop zeal and confidence. The hearty participation from all the classes was very encouraging.
