Instructions for Filling up the Online form:
1. This is an electronic Application Form for Delhi Public School, Rohini. Please read the instructions carefully before filling up the form in order to avoid rejection. Please fill the boxes with the required information.
2. The application process consists of two steps :
- Step 1: Filling up the Application Form (fields marked * are mandatory)
- Step 2: Registration Fee Payment of INR 25/-(non-refundable)
3. Before beginning the application process, please keep the following handy:
A. Documents required (Scanned copy) :
- Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / equivalent authority.
- Recent Photograph of the Applicant.
- Report Card of Final Term Exam of the Academic Session 2024-25 (If Final Report Card is not available, please upload Term 1 Report Card of academic session 2024-25)
- Report Card of Final Term Exam of the Academic Session 2023-24
- Proof of Residence (Ration Card issued in the name of parents (mother/father having name of the child), Domicile Certificate of child or his/her parents, AADHAR Card / Voter Identity Card / EPIC of any one parent / Unique Identity Card of Mother / Father / Child issued by the Government of India / Electricity Bill / MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any one parent or child.)
- IMPORTANT: Before uploading any document kindly ensure that the picture is clear and the content is readable.
B. Your credit card/ debit card / other banking details. The Registration amount is INR 25/-(non-refundable)
C. A stable internet connection.
4. After completing the Application Form, click on the `Agree` button for online submission of non-refundable registration fee. The Application shall be considered for further admission process only after successful payment of non-refundable registration fee.
5. Immediately after payment, a Registration Number will be generated and sent via email. The PDF of the filled form will be available on the Application Form page. Please download the filled Application Form and save it for further reference.
IMPORTANT :
You will not receive any email if the transaction fails. You are advised to try again.
6. No change will be entertained by the school after the successful submission of the form.
7. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
8. Do not use special characters like ' " * : ! etc. while filling the form or in the file name of the attachments.
9. Please note that submission of Application Form does not guarantee admission to the school.
10. Please do not call at the School Reception to seek further information. All important information will be uploaded here periodically. Please Note
- Please be advised that the school has not engaged any agency to guide in the admission process. Parents who choose to interact with such agencies do so at their own risk.
- It is mandatory to use the school bus on the available routes for Class II onwards. (Exceptions: where the residence is either very close to the school or too far from the available bus stops.) Link to Bus routes
- Please note that withdrawal from the bus service after July is not permitted.
