Instructions for filling up the Online form:

• This is an electronic application form for Delhi Public School, Rohini only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to ensure its successful submission. Fill in all the required fields carefully
• The application process consists of two steps:
  Step 1: Filling up the Application Form (fields marked * are mandatory)
  Step 2: Payment of the Application fee
• Before beginning the application process, please keep scanned copies of the following handy:
  a) Documents required
  • Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation/equivalent authority
  • Recent passport sized photograph of the applicant
  • Final/Term 1 Report Card of Class VIII Academic session 2024-2025.
  • Residence Proof (eg- Ration Card issued in the name of parents mother/father having name of the child, Domicile Certificate of child or his/her parents, AADHAAR Card/Voter Identity Card/e-pic of any of the parents. Unique Identity Card of Mother/Father/Child issued by the Government of India /Electricity Bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child)
  b) Your credit card/debit card/other banking details. The cost of Application Form is INR 25. The form shall be considered for further admission process only after successful payment of Application Fee.
• Ensure a stable internet connection while filling out the application form.
• After filling the Application Form, please check all the details and spellings and click on the "Agree" button and proceed for online submission of non-refundable registration fee.
• Immediately after payment, a registration number will be generated and sent via email. The pdf of the filled form will be available on the application form page. Please download the filled application form and save it for further reference.

IMPORTANT:

• You will not receive any email if the transaction fails. Please retry.
• Keep the copy of the filled application form and acknowledgement slip for future reference.
• No change will be entertained by the school in case of an incorrect entry.
• Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
• Do not use special characters like"! etc. while filling the form or in the file name of the attachments.
• Submission of Application Form does not guarantee admission.
• Admission to Class IX is provisional and is subject to the candidate scoring at least
  • 80% and above in aggregate
  • 80% and above in English, Mathematics and Science in Class VIII final examination.

Please Note:

• Please be advised that the school has not engaged any agency to guide in the admission process. Parents who choose to interact with such agencies do so at their own risk.
• It is mandatory to use the school bus on the available routes for Class II onwards. (Exceptions: where the residence is either very close to the school or too far from the available bus stops.) Link to Bus routes
• Please note that withdrawal from the bus service after July is not permitted.
