Instructions for filling up the online Application Form:
- This is an electronic Application Form for Delhi Public School Rohini only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling up the form to avoid rejection of your form. Please fill the boxes with the required information.
- The application process consists of two steps:
- Step 1: Filling up the Application Form (fields marked * are mandatory).
- Step 2: Registration Fee Payment INR 25/- (non-refundable).
- Before beginning the application process, please keep the following handy:
- Documents required (Scanned copy & Format are in .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .pdf only):

- Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / equivalent authority.
- Photograph of the Applicant.
- Report Card of Term I Exam of the Academic Session 2024-25.
- Report Card of Final Term Exam of the Academic Session 2023-24.
- Proof of Residence (Ration Card issued in the name of parents (mother/father having name of the child), Domicile Certificate of child or his/her parents, Aadhaar Card / Voter Identity Card / EPIC of any of the parents. Unique Identity Card of Mother / Father / Child issued by the Government of India / Electricity Bill / Landline bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the Parents or child.)
- Proof of Sibling: Copy of latest fully paid fee slip (2024-2025)
- Your credit card/ debit card / other banking details. The Registration amount is INR 25/-(non-refundable).
- A stable internet connection.
- After completing the Application Form, click on the `Agree` button for online submission of non-refundable registration fee. The Application shall be considered for further admission process only after successful payment of non-refundable registration fee.
- Immediately after payment, a Registration Number will be generated and sent via email. The pdf of the filled form will be available on the Application Form page. Please download the filled Application Form and save it for further reference.
- IMPORTANT:
You will not receive email if the transaction fails. You are advised to try again.
- No change will be entertained by the school after the successful submission of the form.
- Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
- Please note that submission of Application Form does not guarantee admission to the school.
- Please do not call at the school reception to seek further information. All important information will be uploaded on the school portal periodically. No separate communication will be sent via email or any other modes of communication.

Criteria for filling the Application Form:
- Only applicants scoring the highest grade in the present school / 90% or above in the Final Exam of the Academic Session 2023-24 and Term 1 of 2024-25 (separately) are eligible to apply.
- Year-wise co-curricular activities in which the student has excelled is to be filled in 100 words under the ‘Co-Curricular Activities’ section in the Application Form.
